Resultado canonico de paginacao por cursor/keyset.

Esse contrato e usado pelos endpoints /filter/cursor para navegacao estavel em listas longas ou sujeitas a mutacoes. Em vez de depender de offset numerico, a navegacao ocorre por cursores opacos em next e prev.
